We collect your name, email address, registered mobile number, date of birth and any payment identifiers — such as your UPI handle, Paytm number or PhonePe-linked mobile — that you add to your account wallet. Device and session data is also logged automatically.

Transaction references and timestamps are stored on our servers for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Full UPI or Paytm credentials are never stored in plain text; they pass through encrypted channels to the payment processor and are not retained beyond what is needed to verify each transaction.

Email our privacy team from your registered address or raise a data-access request through live chat. We verify your identity first, then compile and send a full data export within 30 days of the verified request being received.
